Can I collect my order?
We are unable to offer collection from our facility. But don't worry, for items required urgently, we have a next working day delivery option available!
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer specific delivery times. We do have a next day delivery service available at checkout!
Can the couriers leave my parcel with a neighbour?
Standard Delivery - If you are not home when the courier arrives to deliver your order, they may try and deliver it to a neighbour so that your delivery isn’t delayed.
Next Working Day Delivery - If you select next working day delivery your parcel will not be left with a neighbour but will be available for collection at a local collection centre! Don't fret, you will always receive an email to let you know where this is!
Do you offer a click and collect service?
Not currently however this will be launching very soon!

I gave you the wrong address, what do I do?
Whoops...All parcels will be sent to the address that we have been provided with. If you gave us the wrong address you need to contact us as soon as possible (preferably withing 2 hours). Once the item is dispatched, we will not be able to guarantee that the address can be changed although we will try our best to get this done for you!
I have made two separate orders, can they be merged and can I be refunded for one shipping payment?
Yes. If you make two separate orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can refund your shipping for one of your orders.
However if one is dispatched before the second order is made we will be unable to refund the second shipping costs to you.
Is next working day delivery guaranteed?
Next day delivery (£5.99 option) is guaranteed but may take an extra day during peak times or to rural postal codes.

I’ve ordered a few items, will they arrive all in one delivery?
We will do our best to send all of your items in one together in one parcel. If we cannot fit them all in one parcel, they will be split and sent separately. Please note that they may arrive on different days!
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?
All time frames prescribed are indicative only. We do, however, endeavour to get all products delivered within the time prescribed. If your purchase has not arrived and you have allowed a reasonable amount of time please contact us directly and we will try our best to resolve this for you!
I’ve paid for standard delivery, can I upgrade to next day?
If you have paid for standard delivery and need to speed up the process, please contact us before the order has been dispatched and we will try our best to get this upgraded for you. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this.
Where can I track my parcel?
When your parcel is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and information on where to track your parcel.
