1. Standard Delivery 2-4 Working Days

  • All orders £14.98 and under will incur a postage cost of £1.99
  • All orders £14.99 and over will automatically qualify for free standard delivery. 

Please note that the first working day is the day AFTER the order is made.

Any date or period for delivery will be considered as an indication only, although it is our policy to try to fulfill standard delivery orders within 5 working days

Standard delivery orders containing items weighing 5kg or more may take longer to arrive.

Deliveries to remote or rural postcodes may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive, this includes next day delivery.

Your delivery will be posted to the address provided at the time of order. Please be aware that orders made through PayPal will be sent to the address registered on your PayPal account. If you require your order to be sent to an alternate address you will be able to change this on the PayPal payment gateway.  

If you require the address on your order to be amended please contact us within 1 working day of your order and we will try our utmost to get this changed. Address changes after the point of order are not guaranteed.

We are only able to deliver orders to the UK billing address mentioned on your bank/credit card account or to the registered UK address of your PayPal account used for the transaction. We are not liable for any missed delivery, due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by you

We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.

If you request your parcel to be left in a secure location we are unable to take responsibility if the parcel becomes lost or damaged. 

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.


You will inspect products within 14 Days after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that you want to cancel your order or you notify us that the products are faulty. 

If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

If you wish to return your purchase we ask that you please inform us within 14 days of receipt. We will only issue a refund if the item is unopened, unused and totally resalable condition. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item plus any delivery charges you paid when you placed the order.

Our returns address is:
Bargainmax Ltd, Pilkington Site, Rake Lane, Swinton, M27 8LJ. If you require BargainMax to arrange return delivery the cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If an order is returned and upon checking it appears to be damaged we may be unable to issue a full refund as previously dicussed. The refund amount will be judged on a case by case basis. 

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch of the item we require notification within as soon as possible. If we are notified after the item has already been dispatched the customer will be responsible for returning this item at their own cost.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited by us from your payment card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible.

Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of the packing note included in the package we sent to you and a brief note of the reason for return.

If you receive the incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible, we are unable to issue a resend of the correct item until the item sent in error is returned in unopened, unused and totally resellable condition. We will issue a returns label with a carrier of our choosing and the customer may be required to drop the parcel at a local ParcelShop. BargainMax will be unable to take responsibility for the cost of any item sent back with any other courier.

No refund will be granted for items lost in post until BargainMax have received confirmation of the return from the courier.Customer may be requested to sign a ‘Denial of Receipt’ declaration by BargainMax on behalf of the courier service. A refund or resend may not be issued until this is complete.

Items sent with Royal Mail will not be considered lost until 14 days have elapsed since dispatch. After this time a refund or resend will be issued if the customer has 

  • Contacted the local collections office
  • Checked with neighbours
  • Confirmed delivery address



Damaged or Faulty Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we are unable to refund items after a period of 30 days has elapsed.
