Once you select a delivery method at checkout you’ll be given a delivery date, these dates are indicative only and are not guaranteed. We do aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. If your order is running late please get in touch with us and a member of our customer service team will be happy to chase this for you. 

We are only able to deliver orders to the address provided at the time of order. Once your order is complete it is not always possible to change the address. If you do need the address to be changed please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll try to get this done for you.

Deliveries to remote or rural postcodes may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive, this includes next day delivery.

  • Collect your order on the next working day at 1000s of myHermes ParcelShop locations
  • They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open later un Sundays.
  • You can find you nearest collection points here: myHermes
  • You will be notified by email once your order arrives. To collect please take along the confirmaiton email or SMS and or photo ID.

Whilst we always strive to provide the very best products and service, there may be a rare occasion that the order may not be exactly as you had expected. Please do not hesitate to get in touch. Our team will be more than happy to resolve this for you. 

If you wish to return your purchase we ask that you please inform us within 30 days of receipt. We will only issue a refund if the item is unopened, unused and resalable condition. Failure to do so may result in a reduction of the refund amount.  Once your returned item is checked in at our facility you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item plus any delivery charges you paid when you placed the order. This may take up to 5 working days after we receive your items..

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, we require notification as soon as possible. If we are notified after the item has already been dispatched the customer will be responsible for returning this item at their own cost. Due to our quick dispatch procedures cancellations are not always guaranteed.
