Clearpay

- How to use:

  1. Choose Clearpay at checkout

  2. First instalment at confirmation, then three more every 2 weeks

  3. No interest if paid on time—late fees apply (£6 per missed payment, capped per order)


The legal bit

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excluding Channel Islands). T&Cs and other eligibility criteria apply.

Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay’s behalf.

Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay Instalments lets you split your purchase into 4 easy, interest-free payments — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Ideal for: purchases between £50 and £30,000.

How it works

  1. Choose Shop Pay at checkout.
  2. Select the Shop Pay Installments option.
  3. Pay in 4 equal instalments — one at checkout, then every two weeks.
  4. No interest. No late fees. No impact on your credit score.

Approval is subject to a soft credit check carried out by Affirm. This won’t affect your credit rating, but eligibility may vary depending on your circumstances.

Eligibility

To use Shop Pay Instalments, you must:

  • Be 18 or older.
  • Be a UK resident (excluding the Channel Islands).
  • Use a valid UK debit or credit card (prepaid cards aren’t accepted).

Returns & refunds

If you return an order paid with Shop Pay Installments, we’ll process your refund as normal.

Once the refund has been issued, any remaining instalments will be adjusted automatically, and any paid instalments will be returned to your original payment method.
